When placing an order using any of the above methods, please ensure we have your contact name,
telephone number, order number (if necessary) and account number(if applicable).
For new International Customers we also require your VAT / TVA number.

Most goods are available from stock. Order processing, dispatch and delivery are fast and efficient.

Our standard delivery service for UK mainland is next day (please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote areas).

Free delivery within the UK mainland on orders exceeding £300. A charge of £10.00 will be added to orders below this amount.

All orders for European clients will be supplied by our Dutch company, Ravensden BV who will take care of all import and customs related matters into
the European Union. No customs clearance, import duties or import VAT will be payable by our clients.
We have trailers leaving for Europe on aweekly basis.

Free delivery within Europe on orders exceeding € 1,000. A charge of €50.00 will be added to orders below this amount.
